Located at No. 1, Renhai Street, Lushunkou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province (Shuangdao Bay Port Industrial Park), it is only 200 meters away from the planned cargo terminal. The factory covers an area of 95,900 square meters, with a building area of 60,000 square meters, including 43,000 square meters of shipbuilding workshops. The company has obtained the "Fisheries Vessel Production Enterprise Evaluation Report" issued by the "People's Republic of China Liaoning Fisheries Vessel Inspection Bureau", which states that it "has the conditions and capabilities to build fiberglass fishing vessels of various lengths and steel fishing vessels of 45 meters or less"; it also has the qualifications to build cargo vessels of less than 200 tons. It is an executive director unit of the "China Fisheries Vessels, Machinery and Equipment Industry Association" and a vice chairman unit of the "Liaoning Provincial Fisheries Vessels, Machinery and Equipment Industry Association". The company has passed the GB/T 19001-2008/ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certification.
