Basic Parameters of Leisure Fishing Boats
The leisure fishing boat is a new type of fishing boat independently developed by our company. The hull has a long service life, has anti-sinking performance, good streamline (fuel-efficient), high stability (safe), large carrying capacity (high efficiency), and low maintenance cost.
1. High Anti-sinking Performance
The hull structure of this boat is independently researched and designed by our company. The hull is a double-hull type, filled with high-buoyancy materials inside the hull, and manufactured using special processes and the principle of an inverted pendulum. The hull has extremely high rigidity. This hull type process has been granted a national patent. This new type of hull structure can ensure that the hull can remain afloat even after being damaged to the point where seawater completely enters, greatly ensuring the safety of passengers.
2. Optimized Hull Line Design
The hull lines of this boat have been optimized, resulting in high speed and stability. According to actual boat tests, with a single Suzuki DF90A outboard motor and 6 passengers, the speed exceeded 27kn, and the sailing posture was stable with good resistance to wind and waves.
3. High Stability
Due to the use of new technologies and processes in the hull, the hull weight is reduced, while the buoyancy is greatly increased. During sea trials, anti-capsizing tests were conducted. When all six passengers stood on one side of the boat simultaneously, it remained afloat, and the boat's list was far less than that of ordinary boat types.
4. Large Carrying Capacity
Due to the high-buoyancy material filling the inside of the hull, this boat's carrying capacity is far greater than that of similar boat types. The rated passenger capacity is 6, but during sea trials, it carried up to 10 people while maintaining good hull buoyancy and still had additional carrying capacity.
5. Environmentally Friendly Materials, Low Maintenance Cost
This boat is built using high-quality composite fiberglass materials, and the hull is manufactured using a FRP integral high-precision "mirror" mold. Using unique high-performance materials and scientific formulas, combined with superb construction techniques, the boat's surface is clean, dense, ice-resistant, and wear-resistant, maintaining a mirror-like shine for years, with good anti-aging and anti-corrosion performance. Algae and shellfish are difficult to attach, and later maintenance and cleaning are convenient. If there is damage, repairs are quick and easy, and the cost is low, with almost no impact on hull strength.
