Monthly maintenance of vessels is carried out in the form of a monthly maintenance work plan (C and D level maintenance).
The main contents are: checking the fastening of deck equipment and the effectiveness of waterproof and sunscreen devices; checking the watertightness (wind and rain) of windows, doors, and covers; cleaning or replacing fuel, oil filters, and air filters.
Check the lubrication status of the main engine and other equipment; add lubricating oil to various equipment according to regulations. Routine checks of wind oil cut-off, fire alarm, and centralized monitoring; check the sealing performance and oil quality of the hydraulic steering gear pipeline; check the pump water seal, stern tube oil, and water seal sealing, etc.; other necessary maintenance work.
